From Small Business to Large Companies, Orange County has the suitable programs to ensure business success. Orange County partners with the State of Florida to offer incentives and training grants on a case by case basis. In addition, Orange County offers the following programs: Tax abatement, Qualified Tax Incentives and Business Assistance for Neighborhood Corridors. In addition, companies looking to clean up and redevelop brownfield sites are provided additional incentives.

National Entrepreneur Center

Founded in 2003, through the public/private partnership of municipal, educational and corporate sponsors, the shared facility and collaborative approach to small business development has attracted national attention for its financial efficiencies and the ability to leverage the resources and skills of each resident organization. Since inception, the resident organizations have trained and counseled Central Florida businesses in record numbers, while creating nationally recognized business development programs. This innovative approach to economic development through small business has been instrumental in earning Central Florida recognition as one of the best places in America to start or grow a small business.  Learn more


Prospera is an economic development, nonprofit organization specialized in providing bilingual assistance to Hispanic entrepreneurs trying to establish or expand their business. SCORE Orlando

The SCORE Association is a nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth, and success of small businesses nationwide. SCORE Association volunteers serve as “Counselors to America’s Small Business.” Working and retired executives and business owners donate their time and expertise as volunteer business mentors and provide confidential counseling and mentoring free of charge.
